2. Hosting and Content Delivery

Supabase

We use Supabase for hosting our database and authentication services. Provider: Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992.

Supabase processes your data in the USA and EU. Data transfer to the USA is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. Details: https://supabase.com/privacy

The following data is stored with Supabase:

  • Email address (for authentication)
  • Encrypted password
  • Racquet data (name, brand, model)
  • Stringing information (string type, tension, date)
  • Play sessions (duration, wear calculations)
  • Technical metadata (creation date, modification date, user ID)

Data Processing Agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a legally required contract that ensures the service processes personal data of our app users only according to our instructions and in compliance with GDPR.

User-Generated Content

The content you create in the app is stored in our database to enable you to use the app features.

  • Racquets: Name, brand, model, creation date
  • Stringings: String name, strings used, tension, date, wear level
  • Sessions: Play duration, date, wear calculation

5. Plugins and Tools

RevenueCat (In-App Purchases and Subscriptions)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. Provider: RevenueCat Inc., 633 Tarava St Suite 101, San Francisco, CA 94116, USA.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. RevenueCat processes the following data:

  • Anonymized user ID (generated by us)
  • Purchase confirmations from Apple/Google
  • Subscription status (active/inactive/expired)
  • Device ID (anonymized)
  • Platform (iOS/Android)

Important: RevenueCat does NOT receive payment information (credit card data, etc.).

Apple App Store / Google Play Store

When downloading the app, information is automatically transmitted to Apple Inc. or Google Ireland Limited. This includes your Apple ID / Google account, download time, and device identifier. We have no influence on this data collection.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

LocalStorage

This app uses the LocalStorage function of your browser to store the following data locally on your device:

  • string-tracker-consent: Your cookie consent
  • Supabase Auth Token: Your authentication token for login
  • Language setting: Your preferred language (de/en/es)
  • Theme setting: Your preferred color scheme (light/dark)

Technically Necessary Cookies

This app uses technically necessary cookies (e.g., Supabase Session). The storage of these cookies is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG.

7. Analytics Tools and Advertising

This app currently does NOT use any analytics tools or advertising tracking.

8. Your Rights Overview

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can delete your entire account and all associated data via the account settings in the app. Deletion is irreversible.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete this information as quickly as possible. If you are aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

RevenueCat (In-App-Käufe und Abonnements)

Wir nutzen RevenueCat zur Verwaltung von In-App-Käufen und Abonnements. Anbieter: RevenueCat Inc., USA. Die Datenübertragung in die USA stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework bzw. auf Standardvertragsklauseln.

RevenueCat verarbeitet anonymisierte User-IDs, Kauf-Bestätigungen und Plattform-Daten. Wichtig: RevenueCat erhält KEINE Zahlungsinformationen (Kreditkartendaten).

Apple App Store / Google Play Store

Beim Download der App werden automatisch Informationen (Apple-ID / Google-Konto, Downloadzeitpunkt) an Apple bzw. Google übermittelt. Wir haben darauf keinen Einfluss.

LocalStorage & Cookies

Diese App nutzt LocalStorage (für Theme, Sprache, Cookie-Consent und Auth-Token). Die Speicherung von technisch notwendigen Cookies erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO und § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG.
